To edit the cartoon or the blog?
To edit the cartoon, do it in a graphics program. Or insert it as an image via the blogger insert image button, which resizes it automatically.
To edit the blog, in your template html you've got a section starting:
@media all {
div#main {
The lines
width:66%;
and
width: 31%;
control how much space is given to the main bit and how much to the sidebar. I guess the other 3% is used in margins and so on.
So either make the cartoon smaller or make that bit of your blog wider by editing the html.
